Go to Configuration → Folder to create a new folder.
Go to Configuration → Tags to create a new Tag.
Navigate to Configuration → Trash to view your deleted files. From there, you can permanently delete or restore any document.
Users can upload documents, provide URLs, and request files. Folders and directories are accessible from both the kanban and list views.
A document upload wizard is provided, and users can additionally upload files using drag-and-drop.
A URL wizard is available for users to add URLs.
Users can request any document through the document request wizard.
Upon selecting a document, users will see a toast menu where they can delete, share, copy the share link, download the file as a ZIP, or open the document’s information.
When the user clicks the info button in the toast menu, an information panel opens for the selected document. If the user has edit access, they can modify the document details from both the list and kanban views.
A document can be downloaded directly from the kanban view.
Configure a deletion period to automatically and permanently remove documents from the trash.
By selecting a document, users can use the toast menu to share it with defined access rights.
After selecting a document and using the “Share via Link” option, the shareable link is copied. When the recipient opens the link and logs in, the shared document will be highlighted. Upon selecting it, the toast menu will appear. The user will have view-only access unless they already have editor rights, in which case they will be able to edit the document even though it was shared via a link.
After selecting a document, users can use the ZIP action in the toast menu to download the selected documents as a compressed ZIP file.
When a document request is sent to a user, the recipient can upload the required document from the activity panel available in both the kanban , list and activity views.
The Document module includes three user groups. Users in the User group do not have access to the Configuration menu, whereas users in the Manager or Administrator groups can access it.
The user can preview the document.
