Screenshots
Install the module, then create an employee record linked to the portal user. Grant the user access to the Timeoff Portal.
Log in as a portal user to access the Timeoff menu, where all related submenus of the timeoff dashboard are displayed.
Click on the Dashboard menu to open a view similar to the backend interface, where the user can see Dashboard records and create new Dashbord records
Click on the Overview menu to open a view similar to the backend interface, where the user can see Overview records and track their statuses.
Click on the MY Timeoff menu to open a view similar to the backend interface, where the user can create, and view, own timeoff details.
Click on the All Time Off menu to open a backend-like view, where users can create and view all employee time-off records, and approve or refuse requests based on the access rights assigned to the portal user.
Click on the My Allocation menu to open a backend-like view, where users can view all their assigned time-off allocations.
Click on the All Allocation menu to open a backend-like view, where users can view time-off allocations for all employees.
Click on Reporting → Employee to open a backend-like view, where users can analyze time-off data for all employees and approve or refuse requests based on the portal user’s access rights.
Click on Reporting → By Type to open a backend-like view, where users can analyze time-off data for all employees based on leave type and approve or refuse requests according to the portal user’s access rights.
Click on Reporting → Balance to open a backend-like view, where users can view the leave balances of all employees.
